Matt Golinski is a highly regarded, professional chef with a passion for creating cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
Well known as one of the original team members of the popular ‘Ready Steady Cook’ television series, Matt has worked as executive chef at some of Queensland’s leading restaurants and founded his own catering company.
In March 2018, Matt joined the Peppers Noosa Resort team as their Consultant Executive Chef, developing menus that consolidate his knowledge and love of the producers of his region.

Tony Percuoco

With more than 100 industry accolades and numerous Chef Hats to his credit, Tony Percuoco started his food journey in his family’s restaurant in Naples, Italy.
Fast forward to today, Tony has completely fallen in love with Brisbane. His dream to open a restaurant in the River City was realised in 2010 when the former Belle Epoque Restaurant at Emporium became his own. Named, ‘Tartufo’ meaning ‘truffle’, one of his most loved ingredients, Tony couldn’t imagine opening up an Italian Restaurant in any other place.
Tony has an abundance of passion, knowledge and energy, come step into his world and understand why there is no topping this formidable chef.
