THE WINEMAKER’S DINNER AT SUNSETS BY SANCTUARY COVE

A decadent degustation dinner with guest winemakers will kick off the Sunsets by Sanctuary Cove Festival.
The Winemaker’s Dinner will be held on Friday, July 26 in The Ballroom, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove  Resort.

The ticketed event will see guests treated to an indulgent evening exploring the finer things in life as a six-course menu is matched with the finest champagne and wines for an elaborate dining experience.

Guests will be taken on a culinary journey guided by the expertise of The InterContinental’s Executive Chef Matt Hart, along with a collection of some of Australia’s most notable winemakers including the likes of Charles Smedley, owner and winemaker at Mandala Yarra Valley and Matt Wenk, owner and winemaker at Smidge Wines.

With a focus on enjoying the fruits of seasonal food and the finest harvests, The Winemaker’s Dinner will encourage guests to enjoy and be entertained by the expertise in attendance, while being educated on the rigours endured to create the food and wine served.

Chef Hart, who is known for his simple yet bold food philosophy will inspire and delight diners with the decadent menu crafted especially for this special event ensuring diners are delighted by a fusion of flavours and the simple pleasure of perfectly matched food and wine combinations.

The Winemaker’s Dinner will kick off a weekend of good food, wine, beer and music at Sunsets by Sanctuary Cove from Saturday, July 27 to Sunday, July 28.
